SURFICE team gathered in Delft, The Netherlands for their fourth in-person consortium meeting. The event was hosted by prof. Santiago J. García Espallargas and ESR 7, Miisa Tavaststjerna.
The event included training scientific topics like Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD) technologies, but also, entrepreneurial, communication, and startup skills.
After having a visit to research facilities at TU Delft | Aerospace Engineering, each researcher updated the group regarding their latest accomplishments.
Additional to the time spent in the beatiful city of Delft, some ESRs also took the oppotunity to do ice skating, one of the activities proposed by the hosting team.
Currently, the consortium is planning the next training school in July this year,this time, in the facilities of SuSoS AG, in Switzerland.
